Default Intel dual core without HT or AMD64 dual core--which is best

so intel and Amd anounces there Dual core chips.
but intel dual core chips were not Hyper threaded.and also the dual core chips were not 64 bit think so(i dunno that).

but AMD dual core chips were 64 bit also.

As per the initial reviews amd dual core are much much better due to the integrated mem controller and beat intel by a large margin. But they are more costly also.

How things have changed. A while ago Intel was expensive and AMD's performance sucked. Now AMD is the performance king and Intel is cheaper!
