AMD 64 3000+ or Intel 3.2 ??????

i am planning to upgrade my pc..
which one do u think wud be a better bet including motherboard prices n performance..
pls suggest motherboards u think r good n wouldnt be too xpensive..comparing the two processors

Please see the sticky posts which are there at the top which tell you the hardware prices and also graphic card related queries. Please use the search button as I am sure your query has already been answered!!!
