it doesnt say u have 2 monitors installed
it shows 2 monitors
means ur gpu supports tv out / dual monitors
once u connect the ext. display device/second monitor u can use this utility to change which one u wanna display on

which gpu do u have anyways ?

which drivers are u using ?

anyways...its showing the same monitor 2ce
either ways doesnt make a diff .... its not an issue as such ..

try updating ur drivers from the manufacturers website

As it is I don't have any problems but what i wanna know is what the hell is happening on my pc....
Also, as i mentioned earlier same thing happens witha friend of mine, he owns A7N8X (N-vidia chipset) asus mobo

ah ... do one thing
rollback the drivers to the ones from the cd and see if this shows up again
the thing with new drivers is .. it shows the features of newer versions of cards ( or rather all versions of that specific chipset ) since it isnt oriented to that specific company model/make
therefore it'll show certain things .... which tho disabled for changing ... are still visible
man i hope i didnt confuse u with this ..

basically its the new drivers ...
try a roll back to the old ones .. and see if it makes a diff
if it does .. and u want the above explained .. come back here
