Cpu usage ?
while working many times my cpu makes a too much noise ( may be the fan) and get slower. that times cpu usage shows 100%. HOW to reduce that usage so that my system will work smoothly without making any noises ?

run fewer progs simultaneously...

Better u check for ur cooling system
Either u can use another fan or check whats making noise
1.Fan
2.hard Disk
if its Fan Clean ur fan and then see any difference
if its Hard disk ask ur H/w Vendor

uninstall programs that are resource hungry (like patented anti virus and internet security kits).
