best motherbord and processor with agp

i want to change my motherboard and processor(currently i have 1.8 ghz processor and 845gl motherboard ), but it shoulsd have AGP slot as i have a very expensive agp card gforce 6600. plz suggent me your chice. it can be amd or intel.
