MotherBoard Sugestion

Someone please suggest me a Good Motherboard for Inter Pentium 4 1.8 Ghz. ( I beleive it will be intel 845 chipset). I need onboard Graphic, Audio, USB and Firewire (the port used for transfering videos from a DV camera)

Please suggest from a popular companies and popular model like asus, gigabyte etc. since i live in a remote area unpopular ones may not be available in our market
