the mobo should preferably have good onboard graphics 7.1 or atleast 5.1 onboard sound 8x AGP slot support DDR mem of 333MHz & it should not cost a 'BOMB' |

well instead of above suggested mobo u betta go for either of these-Asus P4R800-VM(ATi chipset wid 128 mb onboard decent gpu)it has 8xagp,drr333 400,5.1channel sound.Asus P4P800-VM-AGP8X,6 Channel Audio,Intel Extreme Graphics 2 support 333,400MHZ RAM.MSI 875P Neo or Asus P4C800-E Deluxe(875 chipset)both r gud mobo-AGP 8X,Dual Channel DDR 400/333/266 memory up to 4GB,7.1 channel audio,but as far as i kno it dun hav a onboard gpu so u need to buy one.u can go for a basic gpu may b 5200 and trust me it will rock.all da above mobo will come around 4k.

if u want onbaord vga then go for the asus p4p-800-vm , this is the best board based on the intel 865g chipset and performs really well. the 875p chipset boards dont have onboard vga else p4c800-e deluxe was ur best option.
