Default Changing the CPU Speed.... Please Help...

Hi Digitians...

Please help...

I moved then set up my pc and turned it on. Ever since then I have not been able to get it running, worked fine before the move. I keep getting an error saying " System was not correctly shut down and now working in safemode speed select "DEL" to bios set up table to set correct cpu speed." I have reset the speed and tried to restart I always get this message again and again, no matter what I try to do. It is an amd 2700+ (AXDA2700DKV3D) mother board is Asus (A7N8X-E) have 1.5gig of ram.

This is what everything is set too.

CPU External Freq: 166mhz
CPU Freq. Multiple Setting: Auto
CPU Freq. Multiple: 13.0x
System Performance: Optimal
Memory Freq: Auto
Resulting Freq: Auto
Memory Timings: Optimal
Graphics Aperture size: 64mb
AGP Freq: Auto
System bios cacheable: Disabled
Video RAM cacheable: Disabled
DDR reference voltage: 2.6v
AGP VDDQ voltage: 1.5v
AGP 8x support: enabled
AGP fast write capability: enabled

Running WIn XP Professional

If you know what I should try or have had the same problem, please let me know. Am at my wits ends.

Any Suggestions will be appreciable.
