Help! Motherboard for P4 2.4GHz

I have an intel P4 2.4 Ghz processor and i want to buy a motherboard with AGP 8x for playing games. I had already bought a Geforce Fx 5200 256mb graphics card but it is 8x and my current motherboard is only 4x.
Can you guys please recommend a motherboard with AGP 8x and can be used on P4 2.4. My budjet is only 2000-3000.

i think u can use ur GFX card on ur current mobo also since 8x is backward compatible wih 4x

u can use your 8x card on a 4x mobo and since its a 5200 it will perform almost the same ... so why do u wanna upgrade simply ?? anyways if u still wanna buy a new mobo then go for the Asus P4P800-VM ... its a very very good baord and i have personally used it. it will cost u around 3-3.5 k .
