Default AMD (New Upgrade help in choosing)

I'm going to upgrade my Computer to AMD processor.
I need you all people's help in choosing correct thing.
Is dual core processors are available in India of AMD.
I need a 64 bit dual core processor of AMD.(nothing else)
If yes, plz give the cost of processors with their speed if you can also try give FSB speed.
If no, when it will come to India.
Should I use 1 Ram Chip of 512 MB or 2 Ram Chips of 256 MB each.
Should I buy nvidia chipset or SiS chipset motherboard.
Remember I'm going to add Graphics Card.
Give me the prices of the motherboard with their names and what they support. I don't want a costly motherboard but it should have atleast 5 PCI-E cards system.
Is PCI-E Graphics cards came to India.
if yes how much does it cost?

Thanx to those in advance who are going to help me.
And Reply soon.

You only have 20 channels on PCI-E and since you have 1 16x PCI-E graphics then you only have 4 1x PCI-E slots.. Maybe they change it to an 8X PCI-E slot and use more 1x slots. The SLI and DLI uses 2 8X PCI-E slots instead of a single 16x slot. PCI-E costs the same as AGP. ATI also now has dual GPU's working, better to wait 6 months so others get theirs out as well.
