suggest a good pc processor & mobo combo under 18000 having onboard sound graphics and a good speed too ( 800 MHz FSB). the processor should have good speed too.
it may be AMD or INTEL

i would suggest intel. you can get 800 fsb +915g chipset + intel extreme graphics and 7 channel sound onboard

go for a8n-e based on the nforce 4 ultra chipset along with athlon 64 3200+ processor.......best combination. sli board is of no use unless u are into heavy graphic oriented applications
