Red face So Digit Forum Runs on Linux Apache Server?


Just asking ppl whether Digit Forum runs on Apache or Not

I recently came across a site which shows what OS n Server a Website uses.


Is it true...Digit forum relies on Apache?....i thought MS IIS

Why is Apache so famous?

AFAIK vb and such scripts only work on Apache & Linux servers.

apache is the best server software
afaik apache has ver less vulnebility

VB and other such scripts (forums to be exact ) run on php. They can very well run on IIS too!

www.microsoft.com is running MS-IIS on Windows Server 2008, not on 'unknown' Windows Server 2008 is by far the best from MS and performance and reliability wise, it is what MS promised in Vista.

As far as MS Server 08 is concerned, here is a quote given by S. Somasegar said back on 6th march that MS has been internally using Server 2008 for the past 9 months.
