viruses wer never a threat for me, and i rarely uses av's,i think viruses r over-hyped

Actually if the same way u master the internals of OS-Thers no way a virus or evil can attack u.

eg-if u know hows to use the permissions & users account properly in windows...half the virus canṫ even modify any thing in windows

Virus attacks n00Bs.......my opinion.....i never formatted my xp or got attacked seriulsy by a virus.....though early sometime ago but could recover back easily.....

for 4-5 years or more i never got infected......coz iam not so ignorant as i was when i started with win95 long ago.

u get immune to these viruses with ur experience
