best 19"-22" monitor FOR playstation3

is anyone here using their flat screen PC monitors with PS3? whats the brand and model number? what did it cost?

im looking for a Flat Widescreen PC Monitor in the screen sizes of 19-22 inches that i can also use with PS3. but primary purpose of the purchase is be to use it with PS3
As I understand the monitor must comply with HDCP.
additionally i'd prefer, atleast

Response time: 2ms
Contrast Ratio: 2000:1 typical

should i look deeper into pixels mapping and will i need a hdmi -> dvi cable or will the hdmi cable work with the dvi input on the monitor?
budget is 15 grands.
