Can't Remember the Song !!!!!

The song goes like this -- barkha se chupaoooon tujhe seene se lagaon aa chupa loooonn haa chupaa looon ...

The video was something like this --a girl's car breaks down and its snowing outside , she goes to some guys house where she changes & the guy & gal chat in front of a fireplace . The guy puts on a CD (same as the album) and the video ends with the gal falling in love with the guy .

The album was by some liquor company (may be seagram's ) . And the song was a romantic song .... released around 2004 or 2006 ...

Anyone remembers ????
