I got it first try... hold Tees properly & in right position.... guess where the fold has to come... it's too kool... yaar. This, from a man(ok.. superman) who never folded/ironed any of his clothes till now.
It was always tough & unmanagable for me. This method rox.

It's so simple, I only did that first fold & the TShirt just folded itself up. Wow. A lil different from regular tee folding... the hands part, i think. But still, neat & fast.
I think I can even press it that way.. to ensure a neat clean folded look
