What are the legal matter that need to be done to open a game company?

I am also planing to register my hosting company soon.

hey bapixx, i have read some websites in which there are some norms which have to be fulfilled before starting a company.. they include some stamp paper work some authentication work etc and it was also mentioned that the whole process will take about 1 month or so...
