Default Help(adobe photoshop 7)

I have been selected for interschool competition for adobe photoshop 7(yes,me)....so first of all does anyone has it and i need some basics plus tips of tht. could some1 help me

Go through the tutorial section, Goobimama has posted quite a few tutorials. Or you want us to do that too for you?
