got a mail with FRAUD sites, this was 1 of them & started 2 THINK .......
is merawindows FRAUD ???
it has some ppl posting only & they only do it ....... rest ppl JUST visit .....

Nope. MeraWindows is not a fraud site. I can make sure you. Its supported by Microsoft India. A site which can make its active members MVPs, how can you doubt on it?
Can you pls share the mail which you are talking about? Someone must be playing prank with you.

@ax3: Pls post the email header . AFAIK MeraWindows is funded by Microsoft. and is not a fraud site. check with Vishal Gupta cause he is the admin there.

are you sure it was merawindows ? It could have been a different spelling or something.
From what I know, MW is a site/forum managed by MS for Windows users help and windows promotion.
What did the mail contain ? Please mention some stuff in it.

time bomb ? well, imo, all installs are timebombs if the user is a fool who can't help but get a virus within a month 
and yes, I have been busy trying out various distros. I have no time for trying out low end stuff on this lower end computer.
