now hearing punjabi songs esp balli sagoo(botlan sharaab...) and all ,I can understand punjabi

Sikhism is all about being religious & pious and yet being modern. Though you can find bad elements in every religion.

Songs like those have been widely criticized here by Cultural societies. They say this is not Punjabi culture.

Sikhism is a religion. A person who follows Sikhism is called a Sikh. Sikhs wear turbans.

Sardar actually means a leader but Sikhs are also called as Sardars.

Well yes people call persons wearing a Turban (Pagri) also a Sardar.
