Change Orkut themes

Guys is there any way to change orkut theme permanently and all can see my theme . I dont want script , i know about that and in that theme is displayed for you only and i want to personalize so that all can see .
Something may be like changing source code of orkut profile. PLEASE PLEASE REPLY REPLY

There is on way which i used to be able to change the theme . Just visit any friends profile who is using theme... there you will see get this theme at top right hand corner . just click it now further on you will be able to change themes.

no i tried that too but the themes by orkut suck
