Hey guys does any one know why we cant ride/drive a vehicle registered in one state in another without getting fined?? Shouldnt we be able to ride/drive anywhere in country freely?

You can travel freely no problem. But if you plan on staying somewhere else you have to pay the Road tax as per set by the state.

nope...i want to keep the same registration every where i go...

From my friends' experience here in Bengaluru, if you want to keep your native's registration, the cops will stop you everytime they see you. You will end up bribing them a lot. If you say you don't have money, they will patiently come with you to the ATM.
