I need to know about wireless

As the topic says, I need to know about wireless, how it works etc etc.
I have some idea about it but thats not enough for my hunger to know more. I know that it may be of many types (or different type of radiations).

Please teach me about the same or you can even give some helpful sites.
And yes, please don't say me to google for it because I already did it.
