I *an see my address and st*ff on my trans*ript on the site

So will I be getting the wel*ome kit after that as I *annot f*rther pro*eed with the site.

I mailed the MS the error message b*t it seems they are helpless

First of all, which browser are you using? I suggest you use IE for their site. If you've got the transcript and if you can access the logo, just put it in your resume. I hope you know how to share the transcript
