No, he isn't, because that isn't an article and he wasn't asked by Digit to write it. It's a forum post that was good enough to be featured in the magazine. Congratulations to him for that!

There's no polite way to say this so I'm just going to be frank: that isn't going to happen anytime soon.
If my experience with Digit has taught me anything, it's that they really look for quality work. They're crappy when it comes to paying you your money, but they sure make you work hard for it.
Since writing for Digit, I've moved on to publications that have even stricter quality requirements, but at the time I'd written for Digit, I had to suffer serious humiliation for going wayward with the quality of one of the chapters I'd authored. The entire thing was rejected and I had to re-do it from scratch. In retrospect though, I'm glad that I did.
So yeah, considering the quality of your language skills, I don't think you're going to get an opportunity to write for any publication that takes itself seriously in the near future. It has improved significantly in recent times, but you still have a long way to go. Anyone why knowingly spells “customer” as “customar” has some major issues.
Fix them, and then we'll talk.
