Default Decompiler files

I am trying to Decompiler these files however not knowing the Dependency of the files I can not find the right software to decompile the file. It just does not work for them why ??

the files are .ex4

Any suggestions of what programs I can use to find Dependency or file type so I can use the right software to Decompiler

What file is .ex4?
