Awesome muscle stretching exercises

Here again something I found really cool for those who feel tensed and tired after work or before.

Most of the people will always think of having 6 pack abs and good biceps by doing strenoues (resistance) exercises. But hav you ever thought of relieving the stress, making the body more flexible and less prone to injury when you go out for work. Yeah you do need muscles like Arnie but not for every occasion , u need a good healthier life with less stress and less injuries.

Here are some stretching exercise that will relieve the stree induced thorughout the day and channalise the energy to where it is needed.
