OBSERVING A FEW PEOPLE AROUND I HAVE A CONFUSION.I WILL EXPLAIN IT GIVING A EXAMPLE.
A and b are two people in a conversation on a topic. A talks only about the merits of the topic. Neither he talks about demerits nor he acknowledge any demerits talked by B. He does so for achieving a purpose .Now without considering who gains by that purpose .Is A a BIASED person. He has this habit for achieving various purposes.
Comment on this by considering various experiences in you real life as this is just an examples for explaning the situation

Call it opinion or bias, practically, both are strong enough to lead to a common consequence.

what does acknowledging means here? and y is A not acknowleging the demerits.. maybe if the negatives r well known and have been taken care of (b not knowing this), A might chose to ignore the demerits
