Does anybody know FM Broadcasting service provider in India (City: Delhi)?

I mean, I wanna establish a FM Radio station. Please provide me the contact details if anybody knows for the same.

better you buy time slots from popular FM stations in ur town.

infact hobby FM transmitter kits are available which can transmit below 1km or so
check EFY's http://kitsnspares.com/ for such kits.even available at popular electronic spares shops.

Not like that, I want service provider bcoz they would setup all the things on their own. I don't waste time to setup myself.

d E&TC guys are setting up one

You don't need a license if the signal is not recieved out of the campus. And we should know if a license is needed - a police station is our next door neighbor
