i do not know how many times it was disscussed here.
but here is the IMDB link it says its rumored but still its a hope and its aimed for this year.

I just encountered this news when i was checkin out Mark Wahlberg's profile in Wikipedia. A chance happening... without any encounter with this MaxPayne movie idea!!! That is just so shockingly coincident!

Good news though.... it's definitely a better game than Hitman.... the movie'll b likewise.... MarkW'll justify the role... The movie Shooter just grooved Mark into the MaxPayne mode

But I always think MaxPayne to b Bruce Willis... dunno why.... just found the character & sound similar
