Look what happened with me !!!!
Day 1 - I see the Double Money Offer on another website and go to giftmate to buy a voucher of Rs. 125 (so that i get Rs. 250 in my giftmate account). Their servers have someissue and so my ICICI account gets debited of Rs. 125 but i receive noemail or SMS and neither my giftmate account shows any balance.
Day 2 - I wait for Rs. 250 to reflect in my account
Day 3 - No credit still, i call their call center and tell them my problem.
They take down my cell no and promise to revert back. In the mean time i had sent them 4-5 emails too regarding my problem.
Day 6 - I call them again since nothing positive has happened yet. Theypromise to do something ASAP. In the mean time i receive emails thatthe necessary has been done but nothing happens.
Day 7 - Rs. 250 is credited in my giftmate account. Seeing this I headto sify shopping to purchase two books and one DVD (Total cost ->Rs. 239) + shipping free. I authorize my payment
Day 8 - Order status on SIFY - Partially Dispatched
Day 8 (Night) - I receive SMS from ICICI bank that Rs. 125 has been credited back to my account by Giftmate
Day 9 - My courier arrives through Bluedart.
