Default Persistence or Cognizant ?

My bro is currently in Cognizant and he is thinking abt switching to another company(its been over a year working in Cognizant), he has been selected for Persistence and Amdocs.

While Persistence is providing assurance for his interests in his field of expertise. Even the emoluments are more than what Cognizant is willing providing.

Kindly tell ur choice, preferably those who are working in one of these companies.

Reason to switch: He is not getting project in JAVA (has given SCJP 96% and SCWD 96% ). While the PM is more inclined toward the aboriginal plea. He just dumped him into some oracle project inspite of knowing his potential, damn.

Both the companies are telecom giants My sister in law works in Amdocs and previous room mate works in Persistent... happy with the work they are doing and both are getting very good money when compared to exp... Amdocs makes people work really hard ...this is good but actually sometimes frustating

Persistent is more inclined towards technology, if you brother wants to do a pure technical job go for it, whereas amdocs is pretty focused on their product domain.
Well one more thing amdocs surely be paying way more then persistent
