how to transfer money to paypal account?

One of my friend need to transfer some money into paypal account. He dun have ny credit card.
Does ny bank support credit transfer to paypal acount?
whats the procedure?

No only Credit card is a way of transferring money to your paypal account.
Else you can ask someone to transfer from his paypal account and you pay him directly.
