Too many icons on the desky. Doesn't the widget bar take care of your needs for choosing the apps? Try to clean up your desktop, it'll look better

Why have you kept the same applications on the desktop as well as the launchbar?
Does not make any sense!! If you want it like Mac then use the launch bar and keep the desktop clean.

1) You could find an updated theme (the close/min/max button etc. are not Leopard's but from Tiger's era).

2) Change the shortcut symbol to arrow. What you haf now is the icon for Public folder!

Nice Desktop, btw But looks cluttered!

You can use Leopard Mods on XP if you want to make your desktop looks like Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard.

1) The theme looks cool. But since you are using a Leopard wallpaper and dock, I suggested you to go in for leopard based theme. No hard and fast rule as such

Check out the buttons on the link by third eye. You will observe shinier buttons.

2) If you use Iconpackager/tweaker then you can manually select an icon for shortcut.

Arial Font looks boring, change it to something like Trebuchet MS or Calibri.
