Lightbulb Bluetooth radiation harmful? ?

Hey i'm about to buy a bluetooth handsfree, but then this came to my mind, i googled it but couldn't get a satisfying answer, is bluetooth radiation harmful than the GSM Signal radiation?

Bluetooth works on the principle of radiowaves and not microwaves. Else FM radio would have been harmful
