Default The weird letter from England

Somethings in life are just inexplainable, aren't they ?

Today, as I entered the house after an interesting day at college, I noticed a letter kept on the dining table. Removing my woodland branded shoes by one hand and changing my E50's profile from Silent --> Preshit, I asked my grandfather what it was. He had a funny smile on his face.

The first thing that I noticed as I tried to take off my heavy bag from my shoulders, was that the letter carried a stamp with the "Queen" on it. Also, there was a "Royal Mail" seal on it.
The letter was addressed to our society ( Madhur CHS, where I've resided for the past 21+ years ). However, what's interesting to note is that the name was mis-spelled as "Madhu Housing" only.

I'll share the picture of the front of the envelope here.

As you can see, there is no mention of the street name either. Kudos to the Postal Department for delivering it at the right address.

Wait, things get even more interesting...

As I grabbed a bottle of cold water and some mayonnaise rolled chapatis for myself from the kitchen, I carefully opened up the envelope to see its contents. Here's what I found inside it.

In case you're finding it difficult to read or interpret, here's what it says.

Looking to buy a 5-6 bedroom for under 400,000.
Could you please send me details in advance.

From Mr. T. Howse
TRedcliff view
Rodwell
Weymouth
Dorset
DT4SRW

Thanks
Now, I googled for around 10 minutes, and I find that there indeed is a Rodwell in Weymouth in Dorset which is infact in England

I am absolutely clueless about what Mr. Howse wanted or how he thought he'd find 4-6 bedrooms in our society.

Oh Well, some things in life are indeed inexplainable.

That handwriting, looks more like a scrawl, like some kid wrote it.
