Depends on the swissknife.

Mine has -
toothpick, tweezer
2 blades (knives)
scissor
1 hook
cork opener
2 screwdrivers
bottle opener
can opener
some pointed tool to make holes.

The swissknife my dad owns doesn't have scissors and the hook. He got it for Rs. 300 (not 200)

And i have seen some "rather polished version" of "Swiss Knife" made in China... with "2 GB USB Drive"

he he he.... Oh these Chinese!!

Scary thing is... nowadays their product is polished, quite good to look and feel... almost (ALMOST) original !!

Swiss Army Knives are made by one of two companies, Wenger (The Genuine Swiss Army Knife) or Victorinox (The Original Swiss Army Knife). This happened because when the Swiss called fora design for a multi-function survival tool for its Army officers, both companies submitted designs that were so good that neither could be refused. So they were both given orders to supply knives, which they were allowed to market under the taglines mentioned against their names. However, Wenger bought Victorinox in Oct. 2004, although they still make knives under that name.

Several models exist, from both companies. The common characteristic of all Swiss Knives is the 3-1/2" tempered steel blade. Most also have a smaller 1-1/2" blade. Several models carry a pair of scissors, and almost all have bottle and can openers with integrated screwdrivers.

Having owned 4 (3 currently of various models and 1 that was stolen from me a long time ago), I can attest to the fact that they are possibly the best thing to have with you in trouble.

@chesss:
If your father got his knife for Rs. 200/-, I regret to inform you that it is most likely fake.

@gsoul2soul:
By the way, there actually is a Victorinox knife that has a built-in USB drive, but that was only 512 MB, IIRC. There is also one with a super-bright LED flashlight built in.

Cool Re: Swiss knife

The army knife comes handy,when you can't find a screwdriver to open your or your's friend pc cabinet.Also to fix cd drives,mobo etc.

I recently installed a dvd writer using an army knife.
