As for creating a Forum Pass, that is option while crating a new forum or category.

Remember, you are using pre built Forum hosting from www.forumcircle.com and therfore, you cannot install Mods and customize your forum. That is only possible when u get a Self Hosted Forum i.e you get Webhosting, Free or Paid doesnt matter
