Everyone is Creating one, why not me ?

I have came across many people here who wanted to create their own forum, some people also wanted help to create one like in here Forum
So, when everyone is making their own forums, then why should I stay back ? . That's why I decided to make mine using phpBB3. I customized it a bit. Please take a look and tell me about your view. Also it will be great if you join there.

Well the no. of categories is too much compared to the no. of posts.
Let there be more no. of threads, and then you can diversify.

go for Blogs rather forum even pro guys like VG / Anand doesnt have forum... and for good reason... better go for Blogs and web sites rather than Forums or DB or UG

ya, forums will require that you be very active, interactive.
Starting a forum is easy but adding value to life of members as well as you is very difficult. BTW, there are already 'n' number of tech forums. Its like saturated! So go ahead with a tech forum only if you something valueable to offer.
By valuable, I don't mean blatant copy-pasting.

I wanted the threads to be arranged in a way that is different from the others. Well so I arranged the favorite sub-forums to the top in a single category named 'Fearsome Fivesome'. I wish that there will be some more posts there.

I think being very active is called 'interactive' And being a damn heavy active is called 'hyperactive'. BTW I wish I could add some great thing there in my forum, thanks for the advice.

A .com domain is Rs. 80/- a .IN domain is Rs. 175/- for a full year, so why not spend that small ammount for a domain for ur blog ??

I am sure u spend more than that a year for your refreshment dont you ??

Cheeta, the Yahoo 1.95$ offer is over and dont recommend .IN since it is 4$ at the moment but next year u might have to shed 20$ for renewal

WOW! I did not even knew that a .com domain is such 'sasta' Can U tell me how can I get that domain in Rs. 80 per year ?

And for that refreshment factor you have stated, let me tell you something... some true matters about me. I do NOT spend very much for my refreshment in a year dude. I even do not go to a cinema (only went three times in my whole life), do not have any bad habit of smoking, drinking or other stuffs. My only refreshment is my PC and the internet. If you mean my spending about the net, then it can be said that way.

Cheeta is referring you Yahoo Domains which had Promo offer of 1.95$ for a Domain. It is no longer availlable though

Basic knowledge of PHP-MySQL is required. Thats it!
I also made my own blogging scripts using PHP-MySQL. It pretty simple once you get the logic!
Javascript may also be used if you know it.

Yeah, really those are useful. PHP and MySQL are growing in a rapid rate in terms of usability on internet.
