so you want to offer Email Service to your users ??? Where they can signup on their and check Email ?

^^ Yep i am user of Google Apps aswell and always prefer it but since he wants a "mailing system" all Google Apps is missing is that it doesnt allow Users to Singup Mail Account Themselves. Admin has to add each account, not a case with Live Domains though

+1 for windows live domain service.
You get free 500 accounts..and it can increase by sending request.

You dont need any DNS control of your domain name for this...U can activate the service instantly through cpanel.

Best thing of windows live domain service is that, you dont have to activate it manually. A person can create a account by simply filling a form.
