Question purchase from rediff

i have purchased a 512 mb memory card from rediff
but still delivery status is showing pending (order date 10.12.07)
where to contact ???

CUSTOMER CARE !!... BTW what is the status of payment..? "pending" if it is then your money is not paid to rediff... mail this to customer care ask for cancellation of order and refund

Recently i ordered....n receved my wrist watch from rediff shopping....
so m quite sure...u'll also recev ur product.....

giftmate provide weekly payment details not daily so i guess u will receive ur order next week
calm down moreover they claim 7 working days + shipping time

same thing happen to me with my order at sify
