play RealVideo in Flash?

Hi guys, i have a lot of videos in .rmvb format (i don't wanna convert them).

I'm trying to make a program in flash which can display a list of them and play them. I have the necessary codecs installed.

So is it possible to run .rm or .rmvb videos in flash player??

If not, can u plz explain how can I create buttons in flash which execute the video file is WMP?
