Default What can u do with an IP address
Hey, I want to know what all can be done to a person (constructive, pranky, malicious) if you get to know his IP address.

I know for sure it can track down the location of his ISP (www.geobytes.com)

I also read that one could download files from the victim's PC. Plz confirm and clarify

I dont know whether yöü can do it thru ip address...
But kind of these things brent allowed here.

I'm not hacking anyone. Frankly, I don't know how to.

I (and my friends) just have to make 5 page project on IP Addresses for my compu. class.

Plz help.

make a hash of it and give it to russian hackers to crack the hash


Syn flood attack ? TCP SYN,IN,ACK are used to get vulnerable ports ..

But if the person is behind firewall well secured u cant do much really

Very first thing u have to confirm is that, is it STATIC IP or Dynamic IP.

If it's dynamic then u can't do much. Bcoz every time victim connects and disconnects, the IP will change.
And if it is static IP, then you have some hope !!

^^some hope!if you have static ip and you're skilled enough then there are pretty good chances of hacking his system.

maybe if static IP, you can do something but if he's behind a firewall or router (one of which, most probably everyone uses), there's almost nothing u can do
