and last months i got my new rig with amd 4400x/2 Bisbane oc 2.91 with stock fan
motherboard asus M2N-E 2 GB DDR2 667 mhs oc 683 mhs latey time 4-4-4-12 or 5-5-5-12 at 666 MHS gpu card xfx 8600 GT oc 670 core
2 DVD R+W 160x2 GB=320 GB 500 watt zebbory

i also have second rig amd 3000+ oc 2.51 ghs at stock fan uisng onboard 6100 mo and 1 gb drr 400 mhs and 160 gb

My dumb Mobo Doesnt allow me to OC my CPU

I got my E6550 to 3.0Ghz [from 2.33] on stock cooling. And my RAM to 860 Mhz from 667 Mhz to acheive a 1:1 divider. All volts are stock.

If i get better cooling i'm sure i could hit 3.4....

I havent updated the Bios. Its the out of the box bios.

It only allows to change Multiplier and is already set at max of
11.5 X 200 = 2300

Sigh!

So if I update the bios the OC Capability will go up?

^^Increase your FSB and let your clock multiplier be the same..
Im not sure if BIOS update will help.
