Top five cars:
1) Ultimate Aero TT (412.233km/h)
2) Bugatti Veyron (407.5km/h)

The engine is that of a Honda Civic ! But it goes 0-60 in 2.8 secs, only second to Bugatti Veyron (2.5 secs) and a full second faster than Porsche Carrera GT (3.8 secs). But the top speed maxes out at 135mph. More: http://auto.howstuffworks.com/ariel-atom.htm.

The fastest accelerating car would be the caparo t1 it does 0-60 under 2.5 secs and 0-100 in 5 ,it is designed by the people who did the mclaren f1.By the way the ssc car was recently tested at the top gear track and came out faster than the koenigsegg.OT:Any of you have top gear episodes in .avi kya.

ya, but being the fastest is not the BIG thing.

its the OVERALL PERFORMANCE that counts.

Carerra GT & Enzo Ferrari are the things to beat. 8) they go freakingly fast in corners.



how many cars did Porsche & Ferrari launch as their flagship Super Cars after Carrera GT & Enzo respectively?

American cars are known for their straight line speed, thats it, only one thing evrything else is the HYPE.

by the time this Aero TT (lame name for a SC) & Veyron get thru 2nd corner @ tracks/roads like Nordschielf (Nurburgring), Carrera GT & Enzo would be ATTACKING 6th corner

Actually its partly true,its true that american cars can travel in only one direction that is straight and are not too fond of changing directions but ssc is are an american company that makes true supercars which can take a corner with equal finesse and they do work on it the previous ssc supercar even had a completely flat and sealed underbody to create massive downforce so don,t undermine their importance.One may also argue that ferrari is a more experienced company than ssc but stil there is no way a 360/330 kph ferrari and carrera gt can beat a 413kmph aero tt.I already mentioned that it set a better time than the koenigsegg which already had a better time than the enzo and the carrera gt on the top gear track.The evo's which you see in nfs are good for rallaying but may not be so good around circuits due to turbo lag.
