Supporting Opensource & Freeware

In india,there are lot of users,who never pay for software.There are plenty of users those who never cared for the free software author.Also there are many users which use lot of opensource or freeware apps and never even try and support for the cause.

I ask you how will you support them financially or other ways?

Free software is Free... its their decision to give it for free with absolutely no charge at all. So there is no point in asking for financial help. If we are interested in helping then we will provide help by joining in their development/support.
