How to tranfer money from credit card to paypal?

can I transfer some money to my paypal account using my freind's credit card as I don't have credit card. If it is possible can someone explain how ?

Your friend can deposit money to your paypal account - like paying you through paypal using his credit card.

But your account will remain as un-verified till you add a credit card of your own. It will have certain restrictions.
