firefox-vodafone.in glitch???

Imm using firefox 2.0.0.5 on a fedora 7 box.

On typing in "vodafone.in" into the address bar i am redirected to http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-...1&q=vdfnmweb01
which is basically the default url- google search with the search feild set to = "vdfnmweb01"

I have tried this many times and have got the same rersult. It could be spyware [but chances are slim on a linux box] or possible a firfox glich.

Or maybe firefox hates Vodafone

I hade faced that same issue also ...
Though on XP (in FF). I thought it was more of an ISP issue and left it ...
Then I did this..
typed in www.hutch.in and..
Lo and behold! Was redirected to www.vodafone.in!
