Makemytrip, i have used this and its pretty gud. I got a kingfisher ticket (bangalore to pune) 1000rs cheaper than it was available on kingfisher site. So you can give it a try

makemytrip, yatra, indiatimes or direct airline site whoever offers cheap rates. I check them every time at various places.

Does irctc.co.in site work for you people??

for me everything i tried on different occasions it always just hangs or gives me "communication failure" error

yeah irctc.co.in always works for me. for part 2years our whole tickets hav been booked from that site itself. its great. but sometimes DUE to overload on server u get communication error

I've never got Irctc.co.in to work from FFx. IE usually works though after 8 pm it usually stops.
Cleartrip or yatra are nicer than Makemytrip only because mmt doesn't show the taxes when you're booking, only after you've finalized your decisions. This might have changed though, haven't visited that site in a while.
