I'm on Digit Mag!!

Well guys n gals few might have thinked about my Custom User Title "TAKE a CRACK Winner!!" , rite? Today i thought of posting few things about my publications in Digit mag!

How i won TAKE a CRACK?
Indeed i was not aware of the TAKE a CRACK challenge that was asked in Digit's December 2006 Issue, i was busy in trying out all the applications provided in that issue, as that was a special issue (200 Rs), While browsing through the Utilities CD I found the “Windows Unattended CD Creator” and made my first Unattended CD too… Then after that I went through the mag and suddenly I found the Next months TAKE a CRACK challenge was to do the same… so I made a step by step tutorial and mailed it and fortunately I won the challenge, It has been published in Digit’s January 2007 Issue (page 50), well its not a big thing but still I’m happy with it… I’ve posted a scan of it, have a look…

Then I purposefully shot a picture of my friend who came and started playing road rash without removing his helmet…. Here it is… my name is published at bottom of the picture at the left side “Photographer: Santhosh S, Bangalore” in Digit’s February 2007 issue.(Page 19)

cool thanks man.....my gym instructor is makin me workout shoulders every day !!
that is u lift dumbles right up from shoulders and raise your hands with those dumbles !!

that's ok but daily ?? am now getting confused why is he makin me do this daily !! ok i one gen question if we do 1 excersive once then we must not repeat the same next 2-3 days right for that particular muscle ??

also he has not thought how to work out abs how do we go about that ?? abdomen ???

jst a few questions that's all am not tying to turn digit forum to fitness forum

Shoulders everyday?Thats not right mate.Every body part needs at least 2 days rest.I mean you can go with schedules like Shoulder/Biceps on monday,
chest/back on tuesday,then thighs/triceps on wednesday,And repeat this schedule on Thrusday,Friday and saturday.And choose any three alternate days for your abs and forearms.
Schedules depends on if you want to do one body part per day or two per day.Most of the coaches today in small gyms try to earn easy money by misguiding the boys,asking them to buy supplements and steroids,dont ever try steroids.Even if you want supplements then plz consult your doctors first.I have some very good ebooks on bodybuilding if you want i can give you those.
I think we should start a fitness thread here.

thanks a lot......yes right he is trying to make money by selling me mass powder......i think he is trying to wear out my existing muscles..damn it !! he said go with the same exersice every day for 1.5 months !!!
